I have celiac disease and bad acne, and I’ve heard that there’s a link between the two that has to do with makeup having gluten in it. I decided to read the labels on m makeup, especially the foundation, but the ingredients list is a confusing mess of chemical names. I consider myself fairly label-literate from living gluten free for 14 years, but I think I need help on this one....
